If you are applying for a driving position, you must submit a Driver's Abstract with your application. Without the abstract, we can’t consider your application. To get a Wisconsin Driver's License Abstract, go here. You can pay for and print a copy of your Abstract from that page. A current Wisconsin driver's license with good driving record required. City of Madison ordinance requires that taxi drivers be at least 21 years of age. Our insurance prefers drivers be at least 25.
